CandLE is a not-for-profit organisation that specialise in the education needs of AAC users

AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is any form of communication other than verbal speech. We have developed proven methods with many success stories of students going from school to further and higher education, giving them the tools to be successful academically as well as the skills to live independently. 

 

Our team of AAC teachers, and teaching assistants are the leading experts in teaching students who have complex access needs. Our resource developers specialise in adaptation and differentiation of the curriculum using Grid 3 and other AAC software. We provide services to local authorities, schools, and families, tailoring our approach to suit each students individual needs and communication methods.
